Arbitration clause
The contractual parties have expressly concluded that all disputes arising from the present contract and in connection with it shall be governed and finally decided with preclusion of ordinary state courts authority definitely in the arbitrational proceedings by the arbitrator appointed by B&N Fin Protection, SE, Náměstí Svobody 93/22, Brno, PSČ 60200, IČ (Company Registration Number) : 28359011. The proceedings shall be governed in the sense of § 19 sect.1 of the Act No. 216/1994 of Coll. in accordance with the Arbitration rules and Fees rules published by this company effective on the day of which a legal action shall be delivered to the sight of the cited company. The Arbitration regulations and Fees regulations are published on the www.rozhodcidolozka.com webpage; alternatively, the text is free at disposal of litigants as well as other interested persons at the seat of the court of the cited company or contact court places in Czech, English, German and French languages.
